Reverse glow gauges dim; need help
I just installed my reverse glow gauges. They look great, but I have one problem with them: the are very dim. I wired them into the dimmer switch lights, as I followed instructions on another Protégé website. Now, they are fairly dim, and don’t actually adjust with the position of the **** unless I turn it all the way up. If I turn it all they way up, they go off! I tried to wire them into a different power source and got no illumination.
To all the people out there who have installed reverse glow gauges, what did you wire them into, and do they actually get as bright as the original gauges? Mine are too dim to read unless I’m on a really dark road.
