roof rack install

Sorry for all the newbie question. It seems like everyone is
taking off the rack on their P5 but I want to put one on. I opted
to not get the roof rack on my 2003 P5 and now I want to put
on a factory rack. My P5 has the two black plastic rails on either
side with 2 plastic tabs with arrows pointing towards the front.
I'm thinking of buying a rack from someone in this forum who
took it off his car. Do I just pop off the tabs and screw these in?
Or is it really the reverse of uninstalling like someone posted--
taking off the interior lining, yadda yadda. Do I have to drill
holes?

Thanks for your help.

you might wanna try looking on e-bay. I see factory roof racks on there quite frequently.

E-bay Roof Rack

I recently bought a roof rack off of E-bay for the P5. It ended up being only the cross-members. I've looked for the rails that they attach to on E-bay but have not been successful. I would be interested in buying someones old rails as well unless anyone knows where I can but just the rails.
