Rude dealers

Called up to book my protege5 in for some warranty work (yeah, I know, fat chance of them doing anything properly)
The woman I spoke to seemed very abrupt and not really interested in listening to me explain the problem. Not a good start.
I called back later to ask if I could get a loan car whilst they (try to) sort the problems out, and just got a "no". Not even a "I'm sorry sir, we don't provide loan cars", just a "no!".
Jeez, talk about giving a bad impression from the start!
I'm beginning to realise why everyone hates dealing with these muppets now...

Anyway, all the work I need doing is documented in the TSBs, so I've printed them off and am gonna make damn sure they do the work.

I don't think TSB's are necessarily covered by warantee. I'm not 100% on that, but I think it's only covered if it's a "real problem." I don't get it though. My brother is now the Shop Manager at an infiniti dealership, and his customers have nothing but nice things to say about him. ****...one of his customers gave him a $100 bottle of whiskey for chrismas last christmas. I guess it's all in the people you talk to right?

Yeah, I guess I was unlucky.
Some TSBs are plain stupid, like "Braking performance decreases in the wet"
Like, yeah - Derrrrr!
However, I have real issues with engine and door wind noise which need to be sorted out.
