Saw a Mazda Speed pro in person
Saw a mazda speed pro tonight at parts source. The guy seemed to know next to nothing about it. Tried to tell me the tires on it cost more than the rims, didn't know it had a limited slip etc etc.
Still a VERY Nice car in person.

I saw one in person just the other day(keep in mind where I'm at Mazdas are hard to find). We found a dealership that has got like 7 or 8 in this year my dad is going to look at one today. He was to buy it and if every thing goes right he'll have a MSP.

i can see any new protege that is coming in. lots of them too. i am stationed near the dock where they unload and process them off the ship. there must be 200 protege5's out there right now. quite a few MSPs, "6"s, etc. one of these days i'll snap a pic and post it.
they also process range rovers, bmws, suzukis, mitsubishi, volvos etc in this area. it is a bit strange to see 15 7 series beemers going down the street.

take a drive to port hueneme navy base in oxnard. go in the sunkist st gate off of ventura rd and follow the signs to P&Y / mazda.
i'm not stationed at port hueneme but my base is nearby (channel islands air national guard base)
it is really cool to see a literal acre of miatas

Hey, you're at Channel Islands huh? I heard it's pretty boring there. I've never actually been on the base, I just drove by it like once on my way to Camp San Luis Obispo. Right now I'm out here at March ARB. Pretty boring here too though!

Channel islands is just a tiny air station. we only have one road, 8 buildings and 12 C-130E's. we share point mugu nas's runway.
i still have got to get out and take some pics for you guys of the mazda yard.
