No idea on that. I have no clue as to what paint jobs go for now.

 

Thanks for all of the advice and help on this, guys. I think I am going to put off painting the car until next summer... because winter time is coming to Michigan (along with crumbling roads, debris, sand, etc etc etc.... I think I'm going to get a better "fresh start" if I can shoot to have it done in late June!
I was planning on spending $300~400 for a respray of the hood and bumper, in the original OEM color. But, time will tell how much it's going to cost (maybe more as you folks indoicated), because I have not yet taken it in for a quote, and I refuse to have a finish that is any worse than stock!
