ooooo my gosh this guy backed into my p5 last week he started to pull out of this mexican resturaunt and took of quick so i pulled up to go and i stoped and and started to back up. oooooo **** he hot my front bumper on the left side with his old peice of trach f-150.Let me tell you the front p5 bumper is so strong he hit it hard and the only thig it did was push it back about a quarter of an ich and made a crease dent about [ ] this big. i was pissed so he told me he would pay for it so we went on ower way. by the way i know him. ok so i tok it to the mazda dealership and its good cost him 400!!!! dollars to fix isint that great so im getin a body kit w that and some money i have. its really cool

 

If I were you I wouldnt take the dudes money...its not like you Need it to fix the car if its such a small dent.

if he's driving a P.O.S. Ford, $400 probably means a lot more to him that it does to you getting a body kit with it...

Are you actually serious buddy? Of course he should take the dude's money, it was his fault!! And who wants to drive a new car with dents and dings in it?? Come on, give your head a shake!!

 

i dont care if its a minor scratch hes still payin for it and one other thing the guy who is sponsorin me doesnt want it like that either so hes fixing it for free and im gettin 400 dollars free so i guess its just a leason for him to watch out where hes goin from now on

 

I think that I am missing something here.... when I read what you described happened I read it to say that

- you began to pull out of the parking lot
- you realized that there was another car coming
- you backed up quickly
- you still got clipped on the front end

Is that what happened? If so... how is he at fault?

If I mis-read it can you clarify what happened.

- guy realized that there was another car coming
- guy backed up into p5yelo
