uhhh. The Sport20 sedan bodykit is from the MP3. Same thing. So no need to wait, go to a Mazda dealer and pick it up

But yeah, I'm also burstin' for the HID's.

Hmmm.....The new Sport 20 does look like the MP3. My Brother has the complete JDM Sport 20 conversion done one his 2000ES, including JDM headlights and 170HP FSZE swap.

What are you talking about. The Sport20 Sedan bumper is the same as the MP3. Fog openings are identical because they are the same bumper.

Now the WW kit is different. And rightly so, as that was what they were going for

I'll stick this up so you can see it: The NEW Sport20 Sedan Front Facia

Your brother is Jeremy isn't it? His car is sweet. Escpecially with those Racing Hart C5's. Awesome stuff.

The one I've posted above is the one and only Sport20 Sedan. That's the new look. And that's the one that has the HID's as well.

Whatever pic you're looking at must be a different model. As this is the official design right from mazda itself.

To post a pic just use this:

without the spaces in the tags.

Kinkaid is 100% right-Sport 20 has same bumper as MP3. Just get it from dealer.
As for HID...Seems that Sport 20 comes with "dual" beam headlight housings-same as on Protege5. So you can get HID kit for H4 bulb as used in US Protege LX/ES, but you will loose high beam. That means that in order to do it right, you'll have to get headlights from Protege5, swap H7 for HID kit and use 9005(or is it 9006?) for high beam.

No TheMan, I am talking about plug in kits which are available for about $450-with ballasts and everything.
Beam pattern from b
ulb? There's no beam pattern from bulb, beam pattern is formed by reflector. What matters is that HID need precise positioning within reflector which may not be guranteed by "retrofitted" HID kits.
But I haven't heard anybody actually buying and complaining about them.
Did you?
