Stock Dunlop Tires...I need help

Just took the car in to have an alignment done---the insides of the front tires were chewed up a bit---looked like saw teeth.

Guy comes out after doing it and says that the left front was the only one that was out of alignment. Huh? I asked for the printout and sure enough, he's right. I asked how BOTH front tires could have wear if only one side was out. I was told that because the one side was out, it would "pull" the otherside it's way constantly---basically scuffing the insides of both tires. Toe out was the issue here.

Well, I need 4 new tires now which really pisses me off. However, I am worried that the problem isn't fixed----basically, I am not sure I buy into the fact that if one sides out that it can "pull" the other side along.

The car has never hit anything hard at all---not even pot holes. The car has 25k on it, the stock rims/tires have 15k. My snow tires ran the other 10k. Guess what? Those snow tires show none of the wear that the Dunlop's did. That makes me think it's the tires (Dunlops). Anyone have any input?

I did go ahead and buy 4 Falken Ziex 512's that will go on the car Saturday. I just want to be sure that this guy was right before I shred $440 worth of new tires.

HELP!

I've got 23,000 on the Dunlops now, and am about to replace them. I've also got quite a bit of wear on the insides of the tires, although I don't remember which ones exactly. I had the car aligned at 2000 miles when I put my Eibachs on, and will have it checked again after the new tires go on.

I called my dealer a bit ago and he said he thought something wasn't right. He said I should go see a Dunlop dealer---have one within 1 mile of my house---and see what they say.

Tires only have 15k on them, but I rotate them on my own so I don't have any receipts. Also, I never balanced them, because, quite frankly, the damn things never vibrated one bit--so why have them balanced? I did have the alignment checked when I bought the car and it was fine. I also just had it done today. I wonder how much **** they'll give me about not balancing them? Hey, with 15k on the tires---you shouldn't need to balance them as long as they aren't vibrating.

I rotated mine myself at 7500 miles, then had them balanced and rotated at 15,000. The tech that day told me they were badly out of balance, and really stressed having them balanced with every rotation. I plan on doing my new tires every 5000 miles, and I've also noticed vibration at higher speeds lately.
