Strut purchase
I need some advice from someone if possible. My front passenger strut has gone to absolute hell recently so I started looking for a replacement. Well I managed to come accross this guy who can sell me 2 front adjustable Tokico Illuminas, so I was wondering what would be the safest way to do an online transaction. I have PayPal but if I send the money his way, then how am I gonna know he's sending me the right product? Is it possible to setup a payment through a third party of some sort that can witness the transaction. I've never done a transaction like this online and I just wanna cover my *** somehow ...

I believe escrow.com serves as a third party, eBay recommends them if you dont want to use paypal and want a third party. I think you send them the money, he sends the stuff, if you accept and approve of the product, they turn the money over to him, but if you dont like them he pays for shipping back to himself and escrow give you the money back! I'm not posotive on this process so you might wanna research it but I'm pretty sure. Also, paypal has GREAT fraud protection, so if you sent him the money and get crap, you could probably get your money back through them, just look into it! Also, for added paypal and eBay protection, see if he has an ebay account, tell him to list it on there with a buy-it-now and you can purchase it that way for added safety! Just do some research! Hope I could help...

Ok, I'm about to get these struts, but I have one more question. If I install them on my car with Skunk2 coilovers, do I need anything else upgraded to be able to handle the new suspension? I'm just concerned that the stock equipment may not be able to hold up or something. Thanks in advance!
