Question Is there a site for factory recalled problems in Proteges?

I haven't had any thing happened, but since my car is a 2001, the warranty is just about up and want to know if any thing is recalled or being fixed in Proteges. Is there a site to check it out? Thanks in advanced!!

alldata

You can't access all the infor without a membership. But you can view listings of TSBs and recalls regarding particular vehicles.

www.mazdatechinfo.com -- $19.95 for 24 hours of access to all service manuals, TSBs, recalls, and what not. I'm very interested, but dont' want to pay for it.

Thanks for the info. I just see a few things about smells or particular things hard to remove. Funny, the factory stereo is one of them. I looked under Alldata. I don't see spending money for a membership to the other site unless I was a guru planning to trick out the car. I wish I had that talent, like Jesse James on Monster Garage. That guy kicks *** on whatever he builds.

On RX8 club forum, the Mazda Tech Info representative said that Mazda will no longer provide TSBs to Alldata.

Correct me if im wrong, but TSBs and Recalls are 2 different things.

TSBs are given to dealers, while recalls are given to the public.

TSB stands for technical service bulletin and goes out to the dealers so they know how to correct problems or do certain things(ie remove the radio) that might take them a while to figure out on their own.
