eh. call me stooopid. I did pull it and have not seen any lost performance (or any gain for that matter!).
anyhoo, singh's problem is that he won't work 'with' the system. I am quite sure Ford/GM/etc all get their daily 'crank' letters with descriptions of tornado's and $.10 resistors that double gas mileage ad naseum.
If it is truly a 'New' and 'Improved' head design/mod - then he should have no trouble getting the investors to test/prove/patent the idea.
