I'm getting the MP3 rear seat for an extra 50 bucks, and I'd just prefer a one piece like what is on the car now. Not sure if the MP3 and P5 rear seats are visually different, but since I'm getting the fronts I might as well get the rear too. I'll sell the rear P5 seat I guess.

they are visually different.. mp3 seats don't have the fake suede at all.
they are also purple (mp3 seats).. the center fabric is black/silver, and the silver pieces aren't the same material as the MSP

I was wondering why there was no talk in the thread today.. I never ventured to the forum list, just stayed in my user cp and threads linked to from there.
what did I do? just drove to work, drove back. my new oil supply fitting came today (12 dollar part (which is a ripoff.. probably like 2 dollars from mcmaster carr but.. well I just can't ever find anything on their site) + 51 dollars for shipping = omg piitb), so I'll probably go snag some temporary oil (mobil 1 'high mileage') so I can do an oil change + install new fitting + maybe, just maybe fit my 'worlds largest mazda oil cooler' on.. but I'm 95% sure it won't fit at all, even with modification

the clearance around the oil filter is really tight.. you have the intake manifold chambers hanging down there, the oil pressure sensor just to the left, the coolant line I need to source coolant from just to the right.
I'll give it a go tomorrow though. I just know how much I must contort to get in and pull out the filter right now, and thinking about that monster being in there while I attempt it seems daunting lol

I went down to Des Moines and met up with Khaosman from the other forum to install my new MAM midpipe. Overall I don't notice much of a difference from stock, but it's a good thing to have in case I decide to follow through with the turbo.
Speaking of which, Khaos has a turbo P5 and this was the first chance I got to ride in one. I have to say, HOLY ****!! That's a HUGE difference from NA P5 performance, and really makes me wanna turbo mine too. I just don't know if the auto is near as capable as the manuals..
