Today I dropped into third and hit my freeway offramp a little hot. Front tires starting to sing, so I dropped the hammer*. The tires shut right up and the line got tighter: very satisfying!
*more like a tack hammer.

Yea! Now we just have to solve the mystery of where that one thread of mine went...
I could say something about a real man not whining about burning his hand on the shift **** (with apologies to lisakay), but I won't. Maybe someone could make some money marketing prophylactics for shifters...

Today I fumbled around with my un-knowledge of the P5 to figure out how to wire in the P5 headlights using sedan wiring.
Does this make sense to anyone, or am I really wrong here:
Ok, so with the 3 wires that power the H4 bulb connector being ground, 12v and high beam; can I simply take the high beam wire out, and move it over to the 9005 bulb socket. Then split the 12v wire into 2, and power both with it; and leave the ground as is, for the low beam?
Here's my idea:
Also, can anyone confirm I have the right bulb type, that P5 high beam is 9005?
