My volume doesn't work on my stock deck. I took the car to the dealership, they wrote down the numbers on the front of the radio, checked it to make sure it in fact wasn't working, wrote down my miles, then said they'd call me in a couple of days to bring it in to have it replaced.

As of right now, I'm very satisfied with their service.
