I've been wondering about that, because it seems that the MP5's and the MP3's take some styling cues from the rally car look, that has made the WRX's very good sellers. The big fog lights and high spoiler on the MP3 make it look very much like a rally car. Also, when my father was driving my MP5 in the snow, I got a look of what it looked like, and damn it looked cool! Just like on speedvision (lol!). SO, does anybody have any ideas on what an MP5/MP3 rally car would look like? If anybody is handy with Photoshop, some pics would be pretty cool.

P.S - my take on it is that it would have a diffrent hood (possibly with an air intake to cool off the turbo's it would need to keep up), and the Mazda Logo on the sides of the car, or on the hood, with some of the sponsers on the fenders and doors. Black, carbonfiber housing lights would probably get added.

 

I'm pretty sure there was a Protege rally car on sale on E-Bay not too long ago. It was white with decals all over, four big fog lights above the front of the hood, mud flaps, etc.
