hello fellow protege enthusiasts. sadly i was in a devastating accident tonight and my protege took all the damage. i was driving to go to the movies, like normal, then a buick decided she wants to make a left as i was 10ft from the intersection. i swerved to try to miss her, but unfortunatly she slammed into my *** end. my car decided to fish tail but i know how to control my car so i did not go into a full 360. i was perpendicular to the road infront of me and my car vered into the shoulder of the road. i then took out a road sign and proceeded to slide further in to the ditch. the total damage done to the car is as follows:
driver side passenger door destroyed
driver side rear quarter panel destroyed
driver side rear wheel she snapped my control arm and bent the **** outta my A-
arm
-this was done when she hit me it was right in front of my driver's side rear
wheel
passenger side door nice fold in (where i took out that sign)
passenger side rear quarter panel is in the trunk (don't know what i hit-think it is
the sign too)
snapped my spoiler at it's joint on the passenger side

THIS IS ALL THAT I COULD SEE MIND YOU THIS IS AT 10:26 P.M.

i was NOT cited for the accident << SHE HAD THE F-N NERVE TO SAY SHE HAD THE ARROW >> however, my car is not drivable and i have yet to know if it is salvagable. i will get pictures soon. this is my SECOND accident in about ONE year. someone up there does not like me driving a protege. well i am ok and my baby did look damn good w/a fresh coat of wax on her.

damm man that Fu**in sucks bro. at least ur alright. I know how it feels. som *** drivin a probe was acting all hard and decided to cut mee off. so i hit him and he 360ed over to the other side of the road. Even worse a cop was watchin the whole thing...pigg didnt even give the guy a ticket. my hood(minor damage), right fender, right headlight/corner lense, and a little of the bumper. still tryin to fix it!!!

i had a stoopid mitsubishi almost hit me from ba side back... ideot was mergin lanes when i was braking for a red light.... i was slowin while this ideot was still goin @ speeed.. lucky i noticed and quickly changed lanes (3 lane road).... yeesh

 

Wow, that really sucks man, glad your ok, its seems nobody is ever hurt too badly in an accident in a protege....its sad to see another MP3 go....Hope it all goes well for you.

 

thanks for all the good wishes you guys. i really trully hope it is repairable. if not i am gonna get enough money for her to get me a nice ride. but i really loved that car. it was a bad day for everyone i knew yesterday sadly i am the only one that lost a car. but i hope her insurance company dishes enough money out to cash me out and put a good down payment on another one
