Interesting, I though 99-00 front endlinks = MP3/MSP Rear endlinks, but they are a different part number.

Lots of things have multiple part numbers.. someone order one of each and post pics! lol

Nik through mazda motorsports you aren't allowed to buy parts for other people, parts are only for the registered race car on the account. It'd be pretty obvious if I was buying so many sets of endlinks haha.

I think the hardrace links will be a great option (probably what I'll go with) when someone figures out why the front links are over 2" shorter than spec.

I'm guessing it's because they made the links for some JDM/EDM suspension setup.

here's the updated part number list with "effective" (center-to-center) lengths:

99-00
Front
... B26R-34-170 (-0801) – 7.5 inch
... LC62-34-170A [LC62-34-170B] (0801-) – 10.5 inch
Rear
... B26R-28-170 (-8C07) – 7.5 inch
... BJ0E-28-170 (8C07-0928) – 7.75 inch
... B30H-28-170 [B30H-28-170B] (0928-0A01) – 6.25 inch
... B30H-28-170R (0A01-) – 6.25 inch

01-03
Front
... LC62-34-170A [LC62-34-170B] – 10.5 inch
Rear
... B30H-28-170B – 6.25 inch

MP3 / MSP

Front
... LC62-34-170A [LC62-34-170B] – 10.5 inch
Rear
... B26R-28-170 – 7.5 inch

so, you can see that there are three different 3rd gen front lengths, and two different 3rd gen rear lengths.

Then why were the Hardrace ones 8.5 inches? What are those even meant to fit on?

AWR will do the trick for now. I would like to see some different endlinks in the market tho, as that is definitely the black sheep of our cars' kickass suspension components.

The stock endlinks are fine if you protect them from rusting so that when you need to, you can remove them. --unless you have a third party sway bar like Rob that doesn't seem to work with any of the endlink lengths.

Protect from rust + northern climates don't go together very well .. you know that just as well as I do Kansei.

I also know that most people don't protect their endlinks from rust. Install them, paint them flat black (i.e. the bolt/nut), paint it again, paint it again, undercoat it.
