Axxis Ultimate Ceramic brake pads?

I got these cross-drilled and slotted rotors and want to change new brake pads. Anyone heard of these Axxis ceramic brake pads? What is Axxis's reputation? What is the advantage and disadvantage with ceramic brake pads? Any input would be great! Thanks!

Dont quote me on this, but this is what Ive heard about ceramic brakes. They will give you increased stopping power and reduce brake fade because of there ability to cool faster. The down side, they are expnsive, wear out faster and may cause more rotor wear. I am not sure with your rotors if this is true. Porshe GT2 sports ceramic brake pads, so they cant be all that bad

Thanks for your reply...
I went ahead and just purchased the Axxis ceramic pads from the guy i bought the rotors from. He says they are "very friendly on rotors and does not need warming up"... so we'll see. Now I gotta spend more to get them installed.... i'm gonna contact the guy and try to have him do it for cheap/reasonable price . Please continue to reply if you have any comments about recommended brake pads or Axxis pads in general. Thanks

Let me know what you think of them, I wouldnt mind having better braking response, I live right near a retirement community, I guess thats enough said.
