Wanting them is one thing , but needing them is another . So Do I need them for now ? do they make a difference from the stabilizer bars already found on the P5? Its just a mattter of having the money later or spending the credit now!

I do want my P5 to handle tight, real tight...any other suggestions?

Whether you "need" them is up to you. They will make a difference, but probably not as much as your suspension upgrades which hopefully you will marry to better tires and possibly 17" wheels.

The struts and springs will improve the overall grip and the "tightness" of the car's handling, and they will reduce body roll, but they won't affect the car's handling balance (i.e. understeer vs. oversteer). The sway bars will make the car understeer (or "plow") less, particularly if you install the rear bar only. Installing the rear bar without the front bar has been very popular on this forum, for 2 reasons: (1) less understeer than the full f&r bar setup, which more than makes up for the slightly increased body roll, and (b) much easier installation- installing the front bar requires taking the entire front suspension apart and dropping the front subframe, which is a PITA if you do it yourself and expensive if you have it done by a shop.

besides the Mazda factory sway bars from the MP3, the only other one that I know of is from AWR.

do a search on 'AWR sway bar', you should find quite a bit of info on that.

also, read the FAQ for more details and a thorough list of available parts for suspension mods. You'll be surprised how informative the FAQ actually is
