Not so you'd notice. The differences will be minor; so minor you might not even feel them.

Any better "noticable" ones without spending an arm and a leg...I know the OEM ones for the Mazdas....do they work with the Cruise Control unit sitting where it does?

The OEM MP3/MSP/Protege5 strut tower bar will feel slightly noticeable...if you autocross it will be very noticeable. Turn-in is sharper and steering feels more accurate.

Assuming you recieve the correct relocation bracket, it should work fine w/ your cruise control.
