Eibach Question

Eibach Question
I'm driving out to New Mexico in a month, and I was wondering if the Eibach's could handle a semi-heavy load without severe wear on my rear tires. I haven't thrown them on yet, I'm debating whether or not its a good idea. I came here first, because I know you guys should know, since alot of you have them on your cars. I'm probably gonna throw about 200lbs and what not in the trunk. I just don't wanna bottom out...when I'm driving on the interstate =\. Thanks in advance!

Ouch, these roads are pretty rough. I hit a big pothole on the interstate, going 70mph. It trimmed about an 1/8" on my sidewalls, and scrapped up the rims pretty bad. I can only imagine what the damage wouldve been if I had dropped it on the Eibachs. So, I'll wait on dropping my ride ...until we reach albuquerque or however it's spelled. Thanks for the input though. Zoom ..zoom?

They're Greaaatttt. I finally installed them, and they're niceeee. The drop is not to subtle, but not ridiculously slammed like an indy. Not that being slammed is bad, unless your in prison and you've got Roddimus Prime as a cellmate. Hahah, well all jokes aside. It's great. Last week, I had 5 people in the car (total) and only the rear wheels tucked a bit. We drove around for a bit, and had no bottoming out. Thanks for the feedback folks and the boost of confidence for the installation.

hello guys,
ive got a question on this thread. i too am planning to put some EIBACHS on next month, but ive been hearing confliting info as to if i need to install a camber kit or not.
Isn't a camber kit used when you go extremely low on your springs drop rate. if i'm not mistaken the eibach drops about 1.2" ???.
Please help,
thanks.
