Eibach's driving me crazy/ can't find noise...

Hey everyone, I have recently installed my Eibach Pro Kit. Anyway, the rear assembly is clanking. However, what makes this different from other Eibach users' experiences is that it only does it when I'm cornering and hitting a bump; more specifically, it only does it when I turn left. I have inspected both sides thoroughly, but can't find anything.

Again, normal bumps aren't a problem. It's only when I turn left and hit bumps.

I had that problem with mine. But the springs were loose enough in the top and bottom seats that it actually rattled when the weight was taken off them, ie: when I went over a bump. They weren't loose enough to come out but being precompressed they were like that.

I fixed it by having a Crown Vic T Bone me Nah just kidding. Never did fix it though.

same here, but it was just the springs breaking in. The rattling noise went away. BUT now its my exhaust piping hitting against the bottom of my car. Really annoying!

I had a similar problem when I first installed my Eibachs, but the clunking was coming from the front. I took apart the whole shock assembly and reinstalled them, making sure everything was torqued back to spec. This solved my problem. If you installed the springs youself, you should be able to take care of the problem yourself.

I fixed it!!! It turns out I'm an idiot and didn't fully tighten one of my swaybar end link things. I had to put a 5mm allen wrench in the bolt and then use a wrench to tighten the nut. When tightening it with a socket, the nut just spun and that was the problem! Phew! Nice to have it done. Now I just have to get it aligned and I'm done. Woo hoo.
