You CANNOT buy the kit in Canada. You can buy all the parts in the kit for ~$400CDN (pre-tax).
You are better off ordering from www.mazdastuff.com ($99USD) and paying exchange, shipping and brokerage (standard cross-border rape).
If you plan on buying an aftermarket bar AND you have cruise control note that most (all?) aftermarket bars will NOT fit properly. Make sure you verify from the vendor that it will fit with a sedan cruise control bracket (most makers of bars seem to be unaware of the difference between the sedan and the wagon, aka Protege5 - everything is designed around the P5.)

For my case, I do have a cruise control on my sedan, so I wanna buy the OEM one... I don't want to take any chance !!! So what you're saying is that I'm better off ordering it in US ? My dealer is not gonna be able to order one for me or the price will be too expensive ?
Thanks
