front suspension sounds

i know people will bug me for not searching but i just want to post, i've been having an off day and i just want to write and not search, my question is about the front suspension, more specifically a clunk when going over bumps and most of the time when i just back out of my driveway, now it's not a clunk like a clunk in the trunk noise but more of a metal clank, now i'm wondering if it is the swaybar in the front or the endlinks, i remember my dad mentioning stuff about the endlinks(he works for mazda) but he's out of town now. my final question is, if it is the endlinks, is that a problem that once it is fixed stays fixed or do you end up going through like 3 or 4 sets like rear bushings so many people go through

Its caused be the "meat bones" that connects the sway bar and the lower suspension, its a 15 cm metal bar with a ball in each end, there is one i each site behind the wheel and the brake caliber.
The cause of the problem i water, that penetrates the rubber seat and cause oxidisation(rust) in the lower ball on the "meat bone".
If you want to make surtain that this i the problem, rise your cars front, remove the front wheel and pull the "meat bone" hard with your hand, you will proberly hear a click or fell some movement i the ball.
I changed the "meat bones" on my car, and the click i gone.
