lol. Brakes replaced.
That's right. At 11,400 km.
The pads and rotors were replaced.
Pads were worn down to the point where they squealed even when I wasn't applying brake .
Any brake problems under 20000km is covered under Mazda warranty, so it didn't cost me a cent .

a simple peek inside of the rim will tell you how far down your brake pads are worn , they should be changed when the pads look low ,. Don't play games with your braking system cause if you can't stop you won't be laughing ,..
I know this from experience

Kind of funny actually. Usually I'm light on the brakes, as the Pro can always take a lot of speed around corners. The rotors were warped when I got the car. I didn't heed it too much as it's just a small shake through the brake pedal. But I'm guessing maybe it caused the pads to wear faster?
I do use the brake a lot but never over-use if you know what I mean.
Also I'm still riding in the stock steel rims. So not much cooling there. They are fine for normal driving but not for aggresive. That and I've still got drums on the back thus putting more pressure on the front discs and pads.
Just my ponderings.
