Lowering kits

Hey guys,
Its time to replace my struts on my car. I would like to lower the car but really dont want a crappy ride after i do so. Can anyone recomend a good brand? I am on a tight budget but willing to spend a few bucks more to get quailty ride.

Thanks

Tokico all the way. If you have money for a Tein coilover kit then do it, but Tokico HP or Illumina struts will be your most affordable option.

I found some Tokico HP spring and struts for $470 is that good? I really don't wanna lower it more than 2 inches. how far can u lower with out messing up treadwear? or without doing a camber kit?

Tokico HP struts are about $350 or so.

Tokico Illuminas (adjustable struts) are about $500.

Add a nice set of springs to it as well for anywhere from $100-$200 and you got yourself a pretty smooth setup.

The Tokico kit is alright, but you could probably get some better springs for the struts. See post above for suggestions ..

Oh and don't lower more than 2 inches, your ride quality will SUCK!!
