i had rear subframe connectors in my Taurus SHO and it really stiffened up the ride a lot. It made it much harsher but it was an auto-x demon. It's a compromise but if you're serious about performance I would surely get one.

GT SPEC trunk parts will add some excess weight, but it stiffens up the car noticeably. This has all been proven in their test vehicles.

Well, they'll look nice and all. But unless you make a habit of driving off of the loading dock at the local Wal-Mart or jumping barns in Hazard County with "those Duke boys" I still can't see what they'll accomplish. Have fun!

There is absolutely no point in installiing a rear strut tower bar in the 3rd gen sedan since the towers are already tied together by the frame. No additional stiffening is necessary.
