1). Make sure you have help. I'd never want to try that one alone.
2) Yes, the endlinks are a bitch. I'd spray WD40 or something similar liberally the night before
3) Take your time to make sure the springs are seated correctly before you put everything back together.
4) Good luck. Post pics. Get an alignment afterward.

Too bad you live 4 hours away, I'd come over & help...

i've got help this time. bought a can of PB Blaster last night. i plan on spraying them when we get back from Dover on Sunday night. i think as long as we don't get back to late on Sunday i'm going to dismantle the hatch area to save time. i've only got about 4 hours, 5 max to do this because Sarah decided to schedule an apointment at 1 even though i told her 2 weeks ago i was planning on doing this. oh well, i think we'll have enough time to get it done.

If you don't break anything, four hours is enough time.

Get [or borrow] an electric impact wrench. It made things just *way* easier...

ok so the install didn't happen again. we got back real late sunday night from Dover so that along with many other things i decided not to do it. i think i'm going to just take it somewhere and have them installed. i just don't have the time to do it.
