Sturt replacement question...

I need to replace the rear struts. I've been spending a lot of time reading through this forum about my options. 2 questions have come up though:

1) If I go with struts and lowering springs, do I no longer need the shocks?
2) When buying springs, is it best to buy as a kit w/ struts, go mix and match?

I'm in no way handy but would still like to be semi-educated on this.

there is no shocks.. just struts all the way around the p5.
a combo kit may save you money, but the most biggest benefit is doing both the same time ( i mean springs and struts), it will save you soooooo much hassle down the road.

where abouts canada you live in,

i'm headed to mississauga, ON this friday.

Can you recommend a good distributor of combo kit's from Canada? I'm in SK. Since I'm spending the $$ anyways, I want to make sure I get my $$'s worth...rather spend a few extra bucks on good parts than have to replace cheap parts over and over.
