Question torque specs for suspension

I need torque specs for my 2003 protege dx. I will be putting on my tein s tech springs that have been laying around for 8 months on soon. Does anybody know the torque specs for all the stuff I need to take off? Or a ball park figure perhaps.

Lower shock absorber bolt 69-93
Stabilizer bar control link nut 32-44
Upper mounting nuts (4 front; 3 rear) 34-46
Piston rod nut, front 58-81; rear 41-49

everything is a 1/4 turn past "UMMPH!", except 13mm or less nuts. those you stop at 'UMMPH!"
