Wilwood Brakes
FOr all of those who didn't notice along with the motor mounts from AWR they also have made an adapter plate for Brembo or wilwood calipers. That is my next upgrade after the flywheel/clutch combo this winter...some KVR Cross drilleds and Wilwood calipers.

Might want to think again about the rotors Look http://www.protegeclub.com/forum/sho...&threadid=3279

Yeah i saw the brembo rotors at the site Eric showed I think i will go with those slotted/drilled brembo rotors...me likey. Anyways I believe most Wilwood brakes bave the same bolt pattern....more than likely they are made for the dynalite series since they are 4 piston calipers made for street applications. I'm think i will go with the Billet Dynalite calipers. Go to www.wilwood.com for there entire line-up.

I've looked at all the Wilwood calipers before. That's how I know they have different spacing from the mounting bracket to the rotors. I'd check with Tony (AWR) to see which calipers he used to make the brackets, just to be on the safe side. The Billet Dynalight II's are nice, aren't they. The only thing I didn't like about the Brembo rotors that Import Performance is having crossdrilled and slotted, is they aren't Cadmium plated. I know the plating wears off the braking surface right away, but it still helps protect the rest of the rotor from rust. The brake pads will take care of the braking surface of the rotor anyway. For $250 a pair, I think the rotors should be plated also. I called Autospecialties (maker of Powerslot rotors) to ask about rotors for us 4x100 Protege owners. I talked to someone named Maria I think, who is in charge of new Powerslot applications. They have the same Brembo stock replacement rotors, and will make cross drilled or slotted applications with an order of 5 or more. Maybe Mitch or Rishie, or someone else with a resellers license, could get these made. They shouldn't cost more than $90 to $100 ea including cadmium plating. The Brembo OEM replacement rotor part number was JBR something. I have the phone number, persons name, and rotor part numbers at home if someone's interested in trying to get these made. Only need 5 orders...
