help hawaii reconstruction permit
i plan on getting some 17" rims for my ride, but i heard that you can only upgrade 2 inches bigger than stock rims because the state wont allow it. which would mean i could only get 15" rims because the stocks are 13".
Can anybody help me and let me know what the real specs are?

hmm, i believe it is only a one inch dif b4 recon... but i believe u can get any size as long as a) it fits and passes safety, and b) u get recon, which would mean u have to meet "a's" requirements...
u got 13" wheels? damn, that's small...
HEY, ppl are posting in the hawaii/puerto rico and blah blah blah territories section!
