Fun Calgary Roads?
Does anyone know any really good roads that are fun to drive in, or around Calgary? (little traffic volume, and no cops lol) I hate driving around here, most of the roads are just too damn straight, it really takes the fun out of driving.

It's absolutely thrilling to do that. But I'm too scared of the consequences if sumthing were to happen. I've sped through residentials on a few occasions at night, but I'm afraid of waking people up from thier sleep. As for CPC, I dunno how I found out about it... I was just aware of it for some time now, I guess i must have found it while surfing the board... And well, I'm interested because I too am a Calgarian.

Good Roads
If you are looking for a good road to rip it up i would say that it will have to be OLD BANFF COACH ROAD on the west sido of the city. When I was test driving the Focus I went out there and that was the reason that I didnt look at it again..

If you're lucky
If you're lucky enough not to hit much unpassible traffic, take the 1A out of Calgary to Canmore (watch for drunks around Morley at night) then the number one on to Banff where you can take the 1A onto Lake Louise. I lived out there for 8 years or more, and that's a pretty fun loop. Or even the pass that takes you from #1 through Kandy-***-kiss over the highwood pass the back up to Calgary is also an awesome drive. BUT all depending on traffic..... and no po-po with flashing lights.
