So I've talked to Snype451. I think that the CPC webpage is a little outdated. I've talked to snype and he's agreed to let me handle the webpage. I've been pondering of looking for a 3rd party webhosting company, and our own domain name, or sticking w/ the web URL we have now and just revamping the page.

The real question is: Would everybody here want to pitch in some money monthly to keep a page up for the hosting/domain services or do we just stick w/ the existing page and update it?
The more people, the cheaper it will be.

 

Also, if you want a brand new webpage, think of domain names and please suggest webhosting companies.

and use shaw as a host? Not to sure on the webhosting end of it.

Man, I am so glad I stumbled on this site. Didn't even know there WAS a CPC. Anyways, I'm outta town for the summer so I'll officially join the club when I get back to Calgary in mid August.

ANYWAYS, yeah, have u peeped the mpsport (Hongcouver?) site? The flash stuff at the begining is nice and junk.. but it takes forever to load the first time you go to their site... maybe not for everyone but it was for me at least.


At any rate, we as Calgarians should definately have something at least as pimp as that... acctually.. we should have a better site then everyone else... so yeah, I may be persuaded to fork a bit of green for a decent club site
