Mid-Atlantic Chapter - ProtegeNetwork News

I have been talking to Gro Harlem (Wil), who if you didn't notice from his For Sale thread, is getting rid of his car and no longer wants to head up the Mid Atlantic Chapter of the ProtegeNetwork. Looking at the turnout that your area had for MAPP, the potential for an even larger group is possible with future expansion into other chapters.

Basically we are looking for a few volunteers to fill some positions until a more elaborate plan is set forth:
1. Someone to Take care of the Web duties (Add members to the site, put news/meets notices up, etc.)
2. Someone to organize meets and such.
3. Someone to help the other two.

Eventually we would like to each chapter to have a President, Vice President and maybe a couple of officers to handle affairs for the chapters. There is no monetary involvment in being an officer of the chapter, just someone to look to.

If you are interested in taking on this challenge either reply to this thread or email me directly at
Rider69@protegenetwork.org . The Central Florida Chapter along with other chapters would like to keep this Network growing and the demise of a large area chapter like the Mid-Atlantic region would seriously hinder our ability to grow for the time being. Thanks for your support
