I installed my Injen CAI in August, but haven't yet gone through a winter yet.........I don't plan on removing it and installing my stock on when the winter does come around because i don't suspect that i'm going to be burrying myself in a foot of snow, slush or water........the location of the CAI for the P5 is pretty protected both underneath and in the front so i'm not too worried.......i guess i'll post the opposite this winter when i come back w/ a new car cause my engine got trashed by the snow.......hahahaha.......knock on wood.......

you do notice a slight improvement in the upper range of the power band.........i noticed that the engine reved more happily afterwards.......and the sound is a nice addition......
if you do install a CAI or change your intake in any way, you should reset your ECU for 10 mins.........so that the computer can learn that it has a new breather.........
btw, where abouts in brampton you at?? there's a few of us P5 owners and other protege's in the area........there's a TOProtege meet tomorrow evening (saturday october 5, 2002) @ 8:30pm at D&B..........

I have run the injen through the winter and rain, no problems yet. I think it actually works really well in cold weather, everytime you touch the piping after diving for a while it stays cold. It's a great set up and others I know have found the same results.
