Hey whats up London Protege drivers. Spring is hear and it is time to clean up our rides. Maybe do a little riceing up and waxing. Has anyone in London got any tips on a performance muffler. I saw a Vibrant v type tunable muffler with Silencer for $280 at autosport club. do you think that is too much to pay?

 

yeah we need a little Pro get-to-gether in london, i want to see all the London rides, ive only seen one on the road so far but i keep getting friends tell me about the lowered or done up P5s they have seen around town.

Whats going on guys , Paul hear...My MP5 is in the shop can't get together just yet.One of my rod bearing went on me defect i guess ,so they are replacing my Crankshaft,all 4 rod bearings seals new end plate etc.....Stuff i have done to my car so far..B&M Short shifter, Eibach Prokit lowering springs,Injen CAI(not in the car yet still in box)Kenwood MP3 Player(nice)....We will have to get together soon .I'm having Protege5 withdrawls.. Later guys.

that price sounds about right for that muffler
autosport isn't bad for most things, especially if you know who to talk to...

I dont know about Autosport Club...shop around it pays! eg...B&M at Autosport $299, "other" shops here in London...$245...
That might be my P5 in town (london)...Black with 17" ALT's H&R springs (with half coil cut...had to, was too high...I know, I know, bad...but) tinted, Ractive intake, Vibrant exhaust, short shift...had stereo but got ripped off. More to come????

We should get a gathering going...love to see what everyone has done or is doing!

Stay away from Auto Sport Club. You'll just wish you bought your stuff elsewhere, you'll just get ripped off. I've been a customer of Carlos' for just over 4 years... I've spent an easy 10 - 12 grand on my last few cars through him. I have always gotten a deal through him, but now I'm realizing he rips off tons of people, treats them like **** if they say they are shopping around and so on. A few weeks ago he laced into me for trying to buy a set of bump stops ( THRU HIM! ) for my buddies VW ( no mention of the price, didn't get that far I just hung up on him!). He was mad because my buddy didn't buy his new springs thru him and Carlos wasn't willing to be of any help to sell him some bump stops! He just lost me as a customer... Anyways I've found a few other places in London that seem to have some decent prices... Import Ridez on Clarke Side Rd. doesn't seem to bad, but it is too new and doesn't have much stock. However I have found some sweet prices over at Unauthorized Performance on Second St. some great deals there! Anyways sorry about ranting on, and sorry if I pissed off anybody who likes Carlos, hell I USED to like him, but things change, just my warning to fellow Londoner's
