Any word about pricing yet? I'm getting mine end of the month but would like to know some numbers before hand.

As far as I know some of the competition include the nissan sentra spec-v and mabey the Toyota Matrix? I think as far as mods the protege has them beat. Acording to an article in this months Sport compact car magazine the Mazdaspeed Protege is their new bench mark for production cars and took the title away from the Acura integra Type-R. In my opinion it's the best bang for your buck because everything is already done.

 

Competition would be the new Civic SiR, Focus SVT, the forthcoming Neon turbo ... probably you can even include the RSX in that until they come out with their new specially tuned version.

I just want to know how long before I can order one in that dark gray colour....
