2005 SP23 trim removal

2005 SP23 trim removal
I have a small rust spot and paint repair I need to do on a 2005 Mazda 3 SP23 hatchback just in front of the passenger side rear tire. How do you remove the trim that runs below the doors from the rear wheel to the front wheel?
