how are they installed? the same as the others? so that you will STILL have the problem of installing them over the gas and temp gages? and we will enter into the whole " I broke my needles" threads again?

Oh ok you beat me to it, yeah these were at procarparts.com it looks like they have a bigger hole for the needle but they said that about hte idiglo gauges too. I still will get those anyway they still look wat better than the indiglos i think. I didnt break myneedle the first time hopefully i wont do it this time either

just like everyone else that has installed the indiglos you will most likely have to cut the gauges. that takes away your risk from breaking the needles. Negatize helped me last time. and he was right jsut be patient and take your time andyou wont break anything. It is a check and fit game more or less. jsut take you rtime and you can do it. no need to try and remove your needles. wouldnt you rather screw up a paair of indiglos by trying to cut them to fit rather than breaking a couple needles off.

The bigger holes don't help!!
The bigger holes on the gauges don't help at all because the extension of the tail on the needle is longer than the radius of the hole, therefore u have three options: 1) Remove the needles (do not recommend, you will break it, from what I've read on the threads), 2) Cut a slit on the gauges (doesn't look clean), or 3) Cut the tails with a Dremel (I think is the best idea). But man those gauges look good. As far as the rest of the installation, just plugging in the electrical stuff, the blue and red letters/numbers will light up, right??

have you guys seen the carbon fiber gauges ??? i have them on my car i really like them they still light the same way at night but maybe if you change the bulbs then there would be a differencer but at daylight they look reallly good , i believe if you like you can also get a custom job and have them half white and half carbon or for those red pro5 owners or yellow you can put any color and the other half in carbon fiber they look really good.

oo man those r nice. . im tempted to get those now haha. i dunno i spent on indiglos already but i like those also. hmmmm i wonder if i can use the original plugs/connectors that i have for my indiglos now if those reverse ones plugs/connectors into the ones for the normal indiglos

I'm sure the connectors would fit, as long as they were the same brand. That would make installation that much easier. We could keep our existing wiring and just use the new faces.
The only thing I'm worried about is the light shining through the center holes and around the edges. I have my swich wired up so I can turn them on/off independantly from the headlights. When my normal dash lights are on, and the indiglos are off, you can see some of the light coming through the center holes and around the edges of the face. If this new gauge is totally black w/ blue text, there may be some light visible from behind the gauges.
You could probably remove the bulbs that light the stock gauges but then your needles will not illuminate.
Anyone want to be the first to do this???
