Question 99 Protege door panel removal

Hey I have a 99 protege DX. I was wondering if someone could let me know what I need to do in order to get the door panels off? I pulled around the edges and loosened all of the clips, removed the screws and removed the window crank. The main problems I am having are with the door opener handle. I can't seem to get it loose from the bar that goes to the latch, and the arm rest handle seems like more screws are holding it to the door frame, but I can't seem to get to them. I think the the handle comes off but I have no idea on how to remove it.. Could someone PLEASE help me with this..? Any Info will be appreciated..
Thanks,
Barry

the screw comes off next to the door handle and then the fitting around the door handle slides throught hte door panel.
