Question aftermarket sunroof

I was thinking of installing an aftermarket sunroof , being as in my old jetta , I had one and i loved it ... but I was researching some places and it seems that they put this black rubber crap around the outside part of the sunroof on the metal of the car and to me that just looks cheap as hell .... Has anyone done this addition to there car, no matter what gen Protege.... if so what was the quality of the work and the price that they paid .... Another thing I don't want to add to my newly revised protege, is rust, if you know what I mean

On my old grand am I was looking at getting the SUnroof installed. Some cheap places said about 250. I knew that would have leaked bad. Somewhere else said like 700-a grand. too rich for my blood. I dunno if you are going to be able to avoid the black trim. Maybe you can color match it to your car before installation.

I was also looking at getting an aftermarket sunroof. The ones on www.mysunroof.com seem to be of good quality. I think someone hihoslva
has one.

I don`t know how much they cost or if they are reliable.

Anyone have a setup like this with answers?
