Well, i used that piece of crap sony amp for too long, and blew my 3rd sony amp, those damn things get stuck in the overheat stage and just suck. Anyway, i am looking for an amp to power my subs, i have 2 JL Audio 10w3's. Any help would be appreciated. I am looking to spend around 200. Thanks.

Nothing at $200 will give you the realistic 500 watts rms the 2 10W3s need. Best you'll get is Kenwoods BS 300 watt KAC-729S. Unless you can get atleast 400 watts rms form a good amp maker, look at the 12 volt rating then I'd suggest dropping to 10W0s the W0s will be a better performer with less then 400 watts then the W3s.

What impedance are the subs?

 

Then what amp do you suggest for my current subs. I am not getting other subs, i love these ones. Forget that 200 dollar thing, what do you suggest.

 

The best is the JL 500/1. Its about the only amp your gonna find that will keep giving you 550 watts while the voltage drops below 12 volts from a long bass hit.
