Anyone SEAL their altezza taillights?
ok.... i want MOISTURE FREE altezza taillights. do they exist? i have read some bad things about moisture getting in them so i am hesitant to buy. has anyone sealed theirs. if so.... what did you use? how did it work? are your lights "moisture-less"? thanks for any help you peeps can give.

Put silicon all around it and let it dry for awhile before installing them. Use a colorless silicon or the white one if you don't mind seeing them whenever you open your trunk lid. As far as I know.. all of gets moist so seal it first and you should be fine

I have Altezzas on my car and i did not know that moisture would get in the lights. I hand washed my car for a good six months and then one day took it to a Mobile brushless car wash thats when I realized the one on the left wasn't sealed correctly. It had some major moisture in the light. On a weekend when I had nothing to do I took off the light dryed it out for a a few hours sealed it with clear silicone let that sit for a day then checked to see if I had a good bead of silicone and added where it needed some. Let that sit and then put them back on. I haven't had a problem since. I used marine clear silicone but any clear silicone should work.
