That looks really good, especially on a white car. How much dimmer do the lights seem when you are driving now? Painting the relector I would think that the brightness would be affected.

I'm still curious how much this effects the brightness of the lights. I hate lights that don't seem bright enough when flyin down the road. Any input would be appreciated.

I think it will not affect the brightness because the reflector is still intact.

thanks for the compliments everyone, ive gotten them for my car and for the post. I just got tired of people trying to make a quick buck on other members, so i\ I had to do something about it. There will be more Promazda how-to's in the future just look for our members and you will get good info.

glare

i forgot about the glare issue. The chrome ones, if you look at them the chrome actually reflects upward a bit. I think this will cause the biggest glare. I think painting the insert will actually help the beam of light by only reflecting it where it belongs. IN FRONT OF YOU!!! But thats just my opinion...
