Block all rattling!!!

Phase isn't much of an issue or I should say won't be once every thing is set. The 6 1/2s will be the only speakers playing there frequencies. The subs will be doing the 70 hz and down. the mids will be around 70hz to 150hz. then the front components pick up from there and the ambiant tweets will play 7K or 8K and up. Rears will be barely audible. Obviously a system like this has some diffucult tuning by nature but nothing impossible. My biggest problem is 1 set of 6 1/2s don't have enough mid bass for me plus I simply have never liked the way a 6.5" component sounded. I have always loved 5.25" componets. I am still kicking around alot of possibilities right now so nothing is set but this is the basic idea.

I know I have posted on this topic somewhere before...
Deadening is a case of small benefits for the price most of the time. I will not get rid of rattles for you! at least with one layer... In the Nissan I have set up for SQ there are zones in the car with six layers to work on rattles, and there are still some in the car. Deadening provides a quieter background for sound, and that is about it. The best sound deadening jobs do help make the car not so annoying to those outside it when the tunes are blaring.
Best method I ever found on was to strip the interior out leaving just the drivers seat, and then let someone else drive the car over nasty streets while you move around identifying the locations of squeaks and noises. A mechanics stephoscope helps a good deal in finding the exact locations. Then go apply deadening to those zones, and repeat the process as many times as needed. One doors I deaden the interior sides of the door walls, the inside frame, and then use a layer to seal the interior side up.
B-quiet is an awsome product line and at great pricing. I have the tendency to go over board a little- so any money I might save I reinvest into more deadening. Also for my two cents, foam is not only good, for many areas where you can't really fit a finger, it is the best solution.
Manage your expectations of what deadening will do, and go have fun.
The cold, specially if it is at all damp, is not the time to be trying to do deadening by the way- it will reduce the odds of getting good adhesion.
