damn thats a lot of $$ for the bumper mod to fit the type 2 rear.

is it possible to swap my P5 rear bumper with a sedan and then put the type 2 bumper onto the sedan bumper?

 

To be honest, I really don't know if that would work. You could try to get the JDM rear bumper. That may prove to be a little less.
