I am tied op in trying to decide what kind of Tacometer I should buy
is that anything like a burritometer?

autometer does make quality products. VDO does also.
www.summitracing.com and www.carparts.comhave good prices on guages. carparts.com can be hard to find what you want though.

well, its pretty clear he needs help in spelling and installation. Maybe he should just forget the tacometer for now....no sense in butchering up a new car.

how exactly does a "Tacometer" work. i would guess it measure how many tacos you have eaten in your car? does it have some sort of corn tortilla shell sensor that smells the taco? maybe a burritometer senses soft flour tortillas?

the spelling on the board needs help for sure. you guys gave me a good laugh.
it's "tachometer" for measuring engine rpm and "barometer" for measuring atmospheric pressure.
