Try your best to get it replaced. When it comes to budget amps, I would still pick an US acoustic amp over a Pyle or Pyramid amp anyday!

definitely try to have it fixed first. US amps are supposed to be pretty good. if you get no where with them, start shopping how much are you looking to spend? i had an autotek that lasted 7 years of abuse. 2 years of competition. they are solid, and the price is great. sound domain has some good prices on the stealth series amps. but they are their high end units. i would recoment any of their series.

i loved my autotek amp. an old mean machine 330Mxi, the biggest amp they made at the time. and i had and autotek mean machine MX1222 sub. love that too. quality products at a low price

Maybe you kinked the rca output from your deck's output when you put it into the dash. try switching your right with the left rca output to see if the problem still exists in that channel. or try to wiggle the rca while the hu is playing and listen for any noise. If that doesn't work then do the same thing switching rca's in your amp channels.
