Cd Player ate my CD!! =[

Cd Player ate my CD!! =[
A couple days ago it started making this grinding noise randomly at times when the cd was playing and it wouldn't stop until it was ejected. Then yesterday I put in a new cd and it took it, and none of the buttons work (CD, load, eject ect...) and it wont even recognize it.. Im not sure if its the cd's or the player.. How do I get the disk out? help :'-(
